I regret it. I suspect that gas smell in the kitchen was my imagination getting away with me.

I have a big propane tank out back that used to supply for both my range oven and my central heat, but I started getting a gas smell in the kitchen. I called the propane people and the guy said there was no leak, and he couldn't smell it. I finally told them to disconnect it from my kitchen, then replaced it with an electric range. I then really became aware of how superior gas is to electric for cooking and regretted it. I should have just believed the guy, despite my nose telling me there was a gas leak.

Mine go on the grill. Can't remember the last time I put one in the oven.

you'll get a gas smell from the range when the tank goes below 15% or so.

Wife an i eat a lot of chicken thighs. Pan fried, oven roasted, grilled. This morning she put 6 thighs in the crockpot covered them kicknchicken seasoning and dumped a can of campbells regular mushroom soup and a can of golden mushroon soup. This evening we made a pan of rice-o-roni. Chicken and soup over the rice was great.you cant screw that meal up.

Living in a poutry factory county pre covid i could buy 40lbs of boneless skinless thighs for 30.00 very cheap eating. Now its 2.00 lb or more.

We don’t cook poultry unless we brine it first. Six oz of kosher salt dissolved in a gallon of cold water. Brine the chicken or Turkey for an hour or two. Rinse the meat and cook accordingly

Grilled some earlier in the week with
real fire like they did years ago

If it doesn't flare up when the grease drips
it won't taste proper
