It truly did not have to happen but for a different reason than we're told. Zelenskyy didn't have to ignore the Minsk Agreement and keep murdering Russian speaking peoples of Ukraine. He did it at the behest I think of the Biden administration. The calcified leadership in both houses support Ukraine for a number of different reasons. Some were benefitting financially from the billions we sent there. Some just hate Russia and want to destroy it. Some are just too stupid to have an opinion and follow the popular opinion. Some support the failed "Nation Building" philosophy that has never worked. We are engaged in a no holds barred attempt to start another world war.

The nations of the world have come to understand that whatever one American President promises can be reversed by his replacement. how many of us would blindly follow a supposed friend we know full well we cannot trust?
