Cool, we love the Alpine/ Big Lake area so bought as close as we could to there. Plus the Showlow/ Concho area has a good water reservoir under it. Pretty shallow wells in our area (300 to 350 feet deep).
Our area has good water as well
I got kinda screwed where I had my well drilled at aprox. 320 ft down I got 15 gal. per minute.
I got greedy and had them drill down deeper and at 427 ft had them stop
I got 15 gal per minute.
Neighbors all around me have between 50 to 100 gal. per minute.
I guess I just put the Well in the wrong spot.
1 Guy up from me several miles got 200 gal. per minute.
That's a lot a water.
Most of our wells in the area are around 300 ft to 350 ft
A Neighboring Community is not so lucky some of those people go down 1000ft and only get 1 gal. per minute and some do not get that much.
The realtor I am fighting in our Community built what I call a Commune in such an area and they do not have water in there Commune so the Suckers they convinced to buy into their Commune have to have water trucked in.
HA HA HA Karma is a Beotch
We do not have the Tall Trees as you probably do.
We have Cedars and Pinion Pines but they are so thick that you can not see into most of the property's 75 ft.
My place is between 5400ft to 5500 ft elevation so we get some snow not a whole lot and we get up to around 100 deg in summer. 3 summers ago we git 115 deg and it was not the norm everyone was cooking that summer.
What I call the sand pit Golden Valley and Needles area they can have that furnace. I have worked out there when it was 120 deg at 2am and 130 deg in the afternoon sun on my thermometer.
