Russian oil cap price to be set at $60/barrel.

All seaborne Russian oil has been denied and sanctioned by the EU. Pipeline oil can still be purchased at this time.

Enforcement of the price cap on Russian oil will be managed via insurance and financial mechanisms required for maritime oil shipments. Any Russian seaborne oil that exceeds the $60 price cap will be uninsured and financial penalties will follow.
