Blacks have always been known to be more aggressive.
Not all, but majority.
Few (sadly very few) of my black friends that are either conservative or successful financially or family oriented, want nothing to do with the hood mentality. Never really hear them denouncing them, but you can tell sometimes they are like wtf. Why!?

It's likely that evolution in cold weather isn't the only factor relevant to the acquisition of high IQ. Other factors may need to be also present. High IQ is likely only one among several possible adaptations that an isolated population may acquire for adaptation to cold climates, and only East Asians and Europeans took that particular evolutionary route during the last Ice Age. Eskimos may have latched onto other traits which helped them sufficiently survive cold winters.

I very much believe in equality. Having said that, genetics are genetics.
A better world could engineered with selective breeding or genetic manipulation. I know, it is a very controversial topic. Just my opinion.
1. Health and related health care costs.
2. Over population.
3. Socially inappropriate behaviors.
4. Body size.
With a healthier, smaller number of us, less criminal, and physically smaller population, the benefit would be less negative impacts on society and the earth.

I immediately had the same thought. If one has 10,000 rental homes (hard to believe but it’s possible) and they’re only making $40,000 per month in income off those 10,000 rentals then there’s a problem. I would think that one could average $40,000 per month in rental income with only 10% of his current homes. In other words if he sold 9,000 rentals and invested the proceeds from those sales he could expect significantly more than $40k per month in interest…..and he’d still have 1000 homes with which he could mismanage. 😂

I went to high school with two black sisters. Both very pretty girls and I think their father was some form of military. One day I overheard one of them explain to a white girl that they never could associate with other blacks because they where always being ostracized for "acting white". Both were dating white guys. She lamented that they were expected by other blacks to act a certain way in order to be accepted.

It's not solely a race issue. It's a cultural issue too. The ghetto culture acts like crabs in a bucket and tears down anyone that tries to rise out of it. They associate success and decency with "whiteness" and whiteness is always negative in their view. It's the old "house ninja" stigma.

Culture is determined by the people who make it up. The reason Haiti is the way it is, for example, is because even though there are some among them who might like to raise themselves up, start a business providing goods and services, etc., they know they cannot, so they don't bother. They know that even if they put in the work to do so, the overriding culture (determined by the people occupying the territory) is such that they would be constantly robbed, looted, stolen from, and vandalized, so that such an endeavor wouldn't be profitable.
