Absolutely correct. But what is the percentage? My best neighbor is black but I'll be damned, he voted for Obama and Biden. He owns his own business doing bulldozer and backhoe work and owns some storage buildings and rental property, his wife is a pharmacist, they sent their only child (a son) to private school, but they vote for the likes of Biden and Obama.

The other blacks around here don't much like him, they say he acts white. You know. He wears boots, drives a dually, has a $300K house. But he votes with them.

I was a driver doing a quarter in the office, they ask me to go to the bus station, pick up an Irish family,and put them in the motel.

Tommy, Tom Jr, forget Mom's name.
They had flown to JFK with 5 bags and little cash, and a visa issued on a promise of a job if Tommy passed school and a CDL test. When they got off the plane, no one spoke English. They couldn't get help finding their bus, so they got on one leaving there.
Ended up in North Jersey, spent the night In a flophous motel that was raided by police.

I got that story on the way to the motel. Since it wasn't near any restaurants i told them I'd pick them up after work
and take them to get food.

As we walked into Hardee's Tommy ask me "What does that mean, that sign?"
It was just the board under the main sign.
Help Wanted.

Told him they needed help.

"Jobs? Jobs!" He slugged 16 year old (school graduate) Jr in the shoulder.
"Go in there and get one of those jobs!"

They didn't have the money to support the family while Tommy went to the companies school. So they all worked and saved, while renting a Motel suite in Carlisle.
In about 2 months Tommy went to school.
They soon bought a house.
In 6 months, Tom Jr went to a diesel school. Then went to work for the same company, with plans to drive when he turned 21.

One Saturday I talked to a black guy who came in for an Interview.
Old cotton sweat suit, spaghetti stains on the shirt. Nothing seemed clean.
Later, I asked the Recruiter if he made the guy an offer.
He exhaled,rolled his eyes "Corporate made me go talk to the Urban League.
Now I have to deal with the people who want their job search card signed. I
ask if he had one at the beginning, he did and I signed it. He was ready to go.
The clothes? He was trying to insure I wouldn't offer him a job."

One example, we had a lot of Black drivers, guys like me earning a buck.
But it represents a good chunk of the culture.

Dad worked at an Iron foundry for 16 years till they shut it down .. This was back in mid 70's thru early 90's.State got on them because no Blacks worked there. They said they could not get none to work there .Dad said one Black came to work and first day just walked off the job without telling anybody, before lunch. The rest soon as they say how hot ,dirty and the hard work their ,they just walked off ,I worked weekend night watchman a couple of years in high school ,never saw a Black there... but since it was only white guys working there ,..that place was racist ..sarcasm

Had a similar discussion with FAA management, I was a supervisor, they wanted to increase the number of minorities in management, because we were deemed to be 'racist' in promotions to management. The minority population among the 'workers' was higher than that in management!?!?!? Primarily Hispanic!

I asked a question: 'What is the percentage of minorities selected compared to the percentage of minorities that applied'????? Silence!!!

Then someone asked: 'What difference does that make'??????

I think some of you need to read more history books.

Do you think any one of you would have done well walking around Hell's Kitchen in the 19th century? How about the Irish slums of Chicago in the same timeframe? Do you think that area was mostly occupied by black Americans? Or were they mostly white? Do you think the occupants of that section in New York and Chicago were inexplicably violent? Do you think they lacked emotional maturity? Do you think there were a lot of good paying jobs in that part of New York and Chicago?

Put another way, if I were to place one of your Portland, Missouri, or Iowa dwelling asses into an all white prison system, do you think you would fare very well? Do you think the white's in those prisons would be inexplicably violent? Have little to no impulse control? Or do you think they'd all be happy to embrace Lil James the Schit Kicker because they're all white?

The reason slums create vast numbers of violent and impulsive individuals is because slums create a "kill or be killed" culture as opposed to a "live and let live" culture. Slums are prisons. Slums are slavery. If you put generation upon generation into slums, they will invariably come out as a violent and impulsive end product. And the fix will require generations of opportunity (for those that survive the transition) to rise out of the enslaved culture that a slum produces.

The big difference in today's culture is that there is no real motivation to move out of these kill or be killed environments due to government hand outs and the leftists agenda of not only keeping slum dwellers in the slums, but expanding their numbers. That is why nobody moves out and up, or if they do it's extremely rare. History shows that the English, Irish and Italians were just as vicious and impulsive when they were funneled into American Ghettos. The big difference was that if you did not move out, and up, you would starve and die in those ghettos. The welfare system of today (the very system people like Lil James vote for) produces, maintains, and expands black ghettos. That's why so many black Americans remain dissproportionally violent and impulsive in the United States.

And if our own immigrant stories are not evidence enough for you, just look at a modern Indian Reservation in the United States. They've been welfare'd into a puddle of worthlessness. Indian Reservations not only tend to be full of violent and emotionally immature people. They frequently fugk their own children and think nothing of it. The incest and sexual assault statistics on a reservation are higher than any state, to include Oregon. This same degenerate, child fugking, end product is going to be produced by our current onslaught of illegal immigration. And that is exactly what a leftist like GayGhost or Sycawhore want. They want more slaves.

So the answer to all this (the real answer) is to push jobs back into the inner cities and suburbia in an effort to stop the growth of welfare. That's the only answer. Anybody that proposes something else, is a fugking idiot.

Rest assured the evil people of this world laugh their ass off when they watch a pack of fugking morons, moan on and on about what black people are, and are not capable of. These type of people play right into their puppet strings because most people are stupid. Flave on the other hand, is wise. Flave is all-knowing. Flave is God. And Flave knows the real solution to all these social and economic problems.

That solution is capitalism. AKA jobs. AKA expansion of the middle-class.

Go open up a business in the slums , hood , etc and see how that works out for you. There is a reason why business have been closing up shop and moving out.

White slums are everywhere. The Poverty rate in Appalachia is very high in Allalachia and it's almost universally Caucasian. But it doesn't have a murder rate that's equal to a cholera outbreak like exists in black inner city communities.

The murder rate in America this year is through the roof. There's a smattering of Caucasians committing some murders. But for the most part they're being committed by young black males.

Young black males make up about 2 or 3 percent of America's population yet they're responsible for over half the murders committed in America.

It's not poverty. It's DNA.

South Africa and Zimbabwe were first world countries until the blacks were given control of everything. Look where they are at today. As a race , they are simply unable to govern and manage themselves appropriately.

The Klang may have prevented a lot of fatherless mixed race kids, OTOH.

I know when men worked their asses off 12/day on drilling rigs in hot west Texas summers and froze their asses off while covered in water and oil in the winter before wind breaks a blow heaters 50 years ago there were none working to bring us oil.
