Diversity by definition means differences and is derived from division rather than cohesion. If races are diverse and different how can we all be the same in IQ and impulse control? When blacks joke about whites not being able to jump are they being racist? Or making a generalized statement that most of us know has a certain amount of truth to it?

AKA Spook: YOU.... may not be aware of it but in the general population of the America, the one that I worked in for 60+ years and lived in for 75 years I would say the percentage of racists in the black community is 60% to 70%! While in the white community it runs at just 10% to 15%!
