A heavy belt is probably more important than a holster when it comes to carry comfort.
This is the belt I got. Going to have to order another if i lose much more weight. It's got a steel core.

Kore Essential Belt for me most days and sometimes a Blue Alpha.

Glock 43X with a flush 15 round magazine, spare 10 round, carry appendix.

Every once in a while I will carry a 19X with a Streamlight light, appendix, with 19 round mag in the gun plus a spare 19 round. Lot of weight.

Like that. Thought about steel when I ordered my last. Yours looks like one I got my son for Christmas but without an insert:

Me? I carry my Rock Island Armory 1911 .45 ACP in a lefthanded shoulder holster by Uncle Mike's. I don't like belt holsters with the heavy 1911, as it always tries to pull my pants down! It sucks being a "southpaw" because so many holsters are not available in lefthanded format. frown

Was gifted a Hellcat, carries very easily in a Blackhawk CQC. My full size XD 45 with 13 felt like an anchor on my hip and could not draw it as well as the Hellcat.

Actually for someone who tries his best to avoid gun fights the 642 is a pretty good choice year round.

Plus one big time! I have my 638 in the front right pocket of my work coat.

Springfield TRP or Glock 41, both have red dots on them. I used a Kramer horsehide belt for years but my fat azz out grew it. I got a replacement from the Beltman, steel liner double layer bull hide. Very satisfied with its quality. Holsters are Kramer IWB#2’s.

I always carry a Kershaw Blur, no matter what! Second is a Ruger LCP, or a Smith and Wesson Shield 9mm or 45. Anything after that, just depends on where I'm at or the mood I'm in.

A 380 in my pocket is better than a 45 in my truck!

2" spyderco knife.

Where I live 25,000 people.
In 100 years, we produced two murderers.
Both were black males strangling white women.... a long time ago.
We are 1% black.

Last year I was threatened by a blacktail doe, for being between her and her two tiny fawns.

Glock17, same as the rest of the year. Shoots where I look after a lot of rounds over the years. Been packing it nearly 30 years now, nothing beats long familiarity and lots of correct practice.
