Dated a number of gals years ago who had implants, meh.
Then I met a real hotty who had implants done along with a reduction having had two children. Amazing how much more natural when the skin is not being pulled and stretched to fit.

My wife is a breast cancer survivor. and as a result the affected one was smaller in size.
After it was said and done, she had the good one reduced instead of the small one enhanced.
WTF?
My vote didn't count I guess.

Fake works best if it isn't detectable, or at least isn't obvious. There was an older gal in the neighborhood where I used to live who had a great set, admitted they were fake. Went way overboard with the eyelash job, though, but that's another story.

I always heard that you were buying them for the next guy. Has mostly been true in my experience. I know a chick that has has 3 upgrades! The first looked good. The 2nd looked ok. The 3rd looked ridiculous!
I know a few women that have had reductions done. Large is good until it caused back problems!

Not into fake t!tties but pregnant/nursing ones are fantastic. My late wife had almost no boobs when we first got together but after having our daughter she suddenly sprouted one helluva pair that remained even years later.

Dated one who’s husband insisted she get them. She had them taken out as soon as she divorced him.
I had zero problem with the size she was. Told her if her husband wanted a woman with bigger boobs he should have dated one. Thought he was kind of a prick for insisting she get them.

Brides are real although about half the size they were a year and a half ago.
Was an F cup now I would say a large C.
A lot of back pain went away when those were reduced.
