Starchy spuds, I like to bake them, then load them.

I also like to bake them, and then mash them up and mix them with cooked bacon, cheese, green onions, salt, and black pepper and put in a baking pan. Top with cheese and then bake.

Make great mashed potato's , cook them then run them through a ricer add butter sour cream if you want
