Perfect EMP delivery device... we had no clue until it was overhead... WTF? Just guessing... would think it would take a huge amount of lead to shield such a device? Then again, China may have bought off/gotten dirt on so many here that the weasel Pentagon guy would just let them do it anyway.

That weasel Pentagon guy basically said "we are not telling you anything... look up in the sky for yourself..." so who knows how many balloons are up there. Tucker reported one was down to 47000 feet and almost collided with an airliner...
