Do you take PM's asking about plumbing problems at 3:00 AM, by chance...?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Denial of interaction, attention, any cred in their head is the ultimate jedi mind fuuuuk on those types.

Basically irrelevant posters that contribute nothing other than butthurt and grasping for interaction positive or negative from well known posters.

I don't put people on Ignore to ignore them.
I do it to deny them relevance they think they get from taking on a well known poster.
Basically punishment by denying them the engagement they seek.

" pics or it never happened"
Maybe KSMITH will put some up of some Bucks he killed last season.

They all had their chance on that " pics or it never happened" scumball sockpuppet and ankle biters thread.

Still didn't happen from any of em...
🤣🤣🤣🤣

Bout it...
Yeah, I am on ignore yet you know everything I post and don't post.lol

Hey fellas

How is the digging going? Think I might go get some new flea collars and new Trilene to respool some crappie rigs.

Looks like you done a good job Ren with what you had to work with…

Ok, … my inane, totally non related drain line related story for the day….
A guy that I used to do some work on his heavy equipment owned a rental trailer down by the lake. He rented it out to an over the road truck driver and his stay at home wife. He kept having all sorts of issues with a clogged drain line.

He set up a time when the husband was going to be there to dig around with his backhoe and fix the issue once and for all. Like Renfiddy, he was just hoping to find the issue and deal with without replacing the entire thing. He dig a spot or two on the lower end with no issue so he was was working his way back towards the trailer as the couple was standing around just watching the show.

When he finally hit "pay dirt", schitt started flowing like an oil gusher. Steve said there must have been 100 condums boiled out on top the ground!! The truck driver knew they weren’t his!
Steve said that’s just when the Show really got started!! laugh laugh laugh

Is what it is.
Got a slight turn in the line at the house.
But got it all flush bottom to bottom and snug around. and got that 1.5" I was robbed of back.

Aside from that.

My 78 yr old neighbor across the street who has been coming over and talking to me while I been doing this.

Had a basement sink pipe rerouted and bypassed yesterday via simple pvc pipe with !@#% plumbing here in town.

He had to update me with his plumbing stuff of course..

Well this morning about 830 I see a codes truck on the next street down when I went outside.
Hmmmmm.
Hair on back of neck kinda standing up.
start backfilling.

Khanarella was blowing up my phone unknown to me.

Codes trying to call her # on acvount and left msg.

Call her .
Find out wtf....

2 and 2 together.

Old guy across street talking and giving away info to the 2 guys from !@&%# plumbing..

Get in touch with lady at codes.
Thought I was gonna get read the riot act.
She told their was a call in about a unpermited home owner sewer line repair.

(Thank you Mr neighbor for talking to the plumbers obviously)

She told me not to panic and I was entitled to do my own work per the proper permit process.
I played dumb Indian the best I could.

Basically have to get licensed plumber and permit " after the fact"
Told me to stop working.
She said do you have pictures of everything you have done.

Yes ma'am I do.
She said this will greatly help you out and you probably won't have to redig for a inspection.
Permit is gonna cost 150.
Gawd knows what the plumbers tech knowledge and admin is gonna cost.

🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Slumlord put me in touch with a licensed plumber he went to high school with.
Dude is coming out tommorow at 11.

So.....
I'm pretty much gonna make a red baron pizza and then take a nap with the dogs....

Thanks old dude neighbor across the street talking to your plumbing guys letting the cat outta the bag on me.
Cause that is the only way this lines up in my mind after 7 days.
And then on day 8 you get your little sink fixed you said you ain't used in months.
Then boom the day after I get the codes lady driving thru the neighborhood and have to call her.

If schit is gonna happen .
It's gonna happen to me.....
🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I buried a 2" PVC to run a 1" water line through, but I rented a trenching machine that looked line a huge chain saw. It would dig a 4.5" wide ditch up to 2.5' deep. That's the only way to go! It requires a truck with a receiver hitch to get it to the house. You could stand on the back of it and ride it backwards as it dug. 66 feet by 22 inches went fast.

Damn, have to get a permit for a repair?

Glad we don't have that. Once a home has been an existing home all repairs are grandfathered, even add one.

Sheesh! You need a licensed plumber?? Even in CA, owner/builder permits must be issued. No license needed. Home owner rights and all that....

I think Slum ratted you out. He seems hung up on permitting.

all of our counties around here even our let's just say redneck ones like Lawrence and Dade we have (supposed) to get repair permits been doing septic work..
cities with in town sewer systems all want to inspect repairs but may not require a $$ permit as such.
