Let's be real. A neighbor turned Ren in. It wasn't a drone. Or code guy got lucky cruising the street or having an inspection on that route. Funny you mention the drone thing. My county goes total nazi, they took these shots from a airplane when I was doing exactly the same job on a old house I was flipping. They captured me, my laborer, and my truck and dumpbed trailer as we were shoveling a sand bed into my open trench. I was hid pretty good tucked in tight beside the house on a private road to boot. I've been told by folks in the know (real estate and others) around here that our local code dude for Modoc County CA is based in ......................... Kentucky or TN or some scheidt. We're allowed non-permit sheds less than 120 sq ft, 10x12 max. Dude can figure if one puts up a bigger one by the roof size on aerial or sat pics. Lotta folks around here just have numerous smaller sheds. Earth and other means are how a lot of guys can measure gutters and siding for estimates without ever leaving the office.

Renegadeβ¦.Your suspicion about the plumbers ratting you out is 100% spot on and while I donβt know for sure Iβd put $1,000 down that says the plumbers ratted you out! When my brother started his contracting business he dealt with the same type of bullshit. Tradesmen can be the biggest, whiny little bitches alive. The lazy bitches would rather spend their days calling Olympia and trying to cause trouble rather than actually do what theyβre licensed to do like plumbing, electrical, etc. My brother was a totally by the book kinda guy but that didnβt prevent hassles. Electricians and plumbers that didnβt get the job were often responsible as were a few bitches that we came to find out did that to EVERY new contractor. They were able to look up new Washington state businesses online and they simply filed complaints based on nothingβ¦nothing but lies anyway. It was a real eye opener for me. I couldnβt believe that was how some βguysβ operated as a normal business practice. Instead of doing the work they played victim. Guys from 250 miles away filing complaints that are based solely on fantasy as a way of βcompetingββ¦
My brother was so incredibly busy and it quickly became apparent as to why he was so successfulβ¦.the trades are populated by a lot of incredibly stupid, immature, lazy, dishonest dick heads. There are also some great and talented professionals in the trades too but they are outnumbered by drunken dolts.

Plumber problem solver slumlord told me to call will be here tommorow. Clean the areas he said needed to be seen and accessed to today. Of course the rain Friday sprung about 6 to 8ft of pipe I had buried and made gravel shift under it. Codes said I could only do this today uncover pipe in prep for tommorow, even though permit ain't gonna be had till tomorrow. Kinda ironic they shut me down Tuesday for no permit , but yet allow me to dig with none today... Thankful, because it saves me time and paying the plumber dude to be on that portion of job I'm guessing. Everything goes right ....... Inspector will be here between noon to 1 to tell me to back fill it. π€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈππππππππππππππ€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ Bane of my existence. Storms Friday and floating pipe springing pipe and settling gravel. Unfugging that with cinder blocks all day friday and overnight to keep flow going out of the house. Flow is fuuuugging excellent now and toilets work properly..
