I think making one is probably my best option. Not a lot of spare parts with less than 17,000 total made. I have a couple of dovetailed sights, I’ll have to measure later and see how they compare. Making one should be pretty easy. Measure the slot and buy a piece of brass stock of the proper thickness. Cut and file to fit. Drill for the pins or use epoxy. You can color the sides with paint pens and leave the aiming point bright, or paint it to your taste. Ask here about the proper height, then leave a bit extra to be safe. I’d set the rear to the middle elevation position, then file the front to zero. That should give you plenty of adjustment on tap.
