Hey Mackay SB: I have a new production Win M73 in 357. Do you have a load you'd specify and sell for it? GrouseChaser, Missoula MT

I don't have any lever action .357s, so I would not know how they feed. I have been told by customers that they use some of my ammo in their Marlins, Winchesters, Rossi lever guns, but I cannot personally know.
I realize most would just say yes, shoot x, just to make a sale, but I don't want people to spend money and end up with something that maybe does or does not work in a specific gun, as the ammo is designed for revolvers and autos.
I am going to be doing a run of heavy,+P poly coated semi wadcutter .38 Specials in the next day or two. Previously I tested and chronographed them, and they ran faster than some of the big brand factory .357 mag ammo.
They might be a possible good option, provided your rifle feeds .38 Specials.

Apparently I forgot to send you a pm on a couple hundred rounds Mackay. You’ve got one now. I’ll get a MO sent to you tomorrow.

Those are Herrett's Detective models. Thank you, Mac! They're beautiful! Thought they might be Herret's.

OK,
looks like I have each person covered, and have 1-100 round box left.
There are a couple of other cartridges I have to crank out in bulk before I can get back to these but I expect it won't be too long and I should have more back in the pipeline.
Should have some .45 Colt 270 grain Keith Wide Nose SWCs coming up here (back in stock) hopefully by tomorrow night.

Every person's hands are different and I have used a lot of different grips before but those really just fit perfectly. When it comes to S&W K-frames, I'm an Eagle finger position fan myself. SW05-FPRO-NACH (checkered) or SW05-FPRO-NASM (smooth). I find the checkered style uncomfortable to shoot without a glove, as the checkering cuts into my palm when shooting anything but light target loads. They, like many things, have significantly increased in price since I bought my first two sets, for an 18 and a 19, back in 10/83. www.eaglegrips.com
