Elk... Taters... More details Greg. I don’t see any mesquite smoke in the pic. What cut, method of cooking, how’d it turn out? Inquiring minds want to know. 50/50 butter and bacon grease in cast iron, heavy dry brine prior... It turned out wonderful. Yes Sir, it sure did !!

Fried up a mess of squid legs and big shrimp. First time in a long time I have done that but won't be as long before I do it again!

Best post I have seen, awesome! You must have had a lot of very happy guests! Right around 40 pleased guests. Easy to do, just go to Costco, buy a 50 pound pig, 6 bags of charcoal briquettes, light the briquettes, put the pig on the skewer, put the skewer over the coals, then tend the coals and the pig for 7 1/2 hours…

The whole grill can be bought off the internet. The motor, like everything else on the grill, is as cheap as they can make it. The motor was getting hot while grilling, so we put a small fan in it and it was fine. It handled the whole 7 1/2 hours with no problem. You will pay as much to rent one of these, as this one cost. If you get a few grillings out of it, you will easily pay for it…

Stuffed zucchini tonight. A neighbors squash. I took photos up until it was pulled from the oven. It was good as usual.

Grape Tomato Caprese My stepkids love that. It’s standard fare around here, but I use feta cheese. Fresh basil is killer.
