I take a plain ol' regular strength multivitamin every day. My diet isn't all that great, I figure a little boost could help.

I take vitamin B complex every day. During mosquito season I take two a day and they don't bite me.

If you eats a reasonably healthy diet, you are literally pissing your money away with vitamins. i live on homegrown meat, vegetables and fruit when in season and can & freeze for the off season... after consulting my Doc with some complaints he ordered up a blood test... came back deficient in D3 & B12... he ordered 2000 IU's D3 & 1000 MCG's B12 daily... it helped with my complaints but i had some internal discomfort, so i cut the D3 back to 1000 IU's daily which cleared up the discomfort... i don't just take vitamins without a reason...

Overdoses of certain vitamins can be very harmful. Not a good idea to just take a whole bunch of them just because you can.

Direct correlation between D and a better colonoscopy... fewer polyps etc.
