It's a tough life apparently....being self hating.
i like all of his stuff... but Ramblin' Gamblin" Man be the # One... Night Moves takes me back to high school 77/78... an Italian girl from Chicago, damn that little black haired kitten was cool...
My favorite perhaps, ranks right there with Turn the Page which I can sorta relate to parts of . Imagine that, a fella with long hair and earrings and such that can relate to bein' looked at funny in the 70's just because of his looks ( I related to Long Haired Redneck too )
Some of Seger's stuff is a bit too smarmy for my tastes, too mellow for R&R, not mellow enough for easy listening elevator music
