Biden will not be on the PRIMARY ballot.
If he is the DEM candidate he WILL be on the GENERAL Election ballot.....

Michelle Obama/Gavin Newsom is my bet. Mark this date. Did they file in NH and thus make the filing date that Biden missed? Seems like that would be public if they did. Nobody has missed anything yet. If I’m not mistaken, the filing period ends Friday at close of business. Biden’s campaign isn’t filing due to their disagreement with Scanlan following NH law regarding ‘first in the Nation’ voting.

Meanwhile, a Judge has ruled that the lawsuit to keep Trump off the CO ballot is moving forward.
