Biden will not be on the PRIMARY ballot.
If he is the DEM candidate he WILL be on the GENERAL Election ballot.....

Nobody has missed anything yet. If I’m not mistaken, the filing period ends Friday at close of business. Biden’s campaign isn’t filing due to their disagreement with Scanlan following NH law regarding ‘first in the Nation’ voting.
