Chris sent another letter to the judge. 26 pages most were news paper clippings.
He is complaining that he is being held on more bond than Trump was.
Opening statement from Chris was, quote " while he is highly intelligent and knowledgeable in the law, he may very well be the most mentally ill and mentally unique individual this county has seen".
Then he writes medical records and civil litigation history show that he is unable to manage his legal affairs.
He now says he has Touretts syndrome that caused his problems.

That Chris is a smart guy. 3 counts dismissed and 1 count he took a misdemeanor plea with 1yr in jail. The guy is a true genius.

Time served. Charges dismissed on the check cashed from the sportsman club, 1st set of complainants and phone in jail.

The DA on this is a pansy. they should have at least had the felony stick. The Harris County criminal system is a joke.

And he signed all of the plea agreement stuff as “John Doe” and initialed everything JD to try and keep his insane defense charade up as long as possible.
All of the people who filed criminal complaints against him will likely soon have civil suits filed. He is, after all, Harris County’s version of Donald Trump.

All of the people who filed criminal complaints against him will likely soon have civil suits filed. He is, after all, Harris County’s version of Donald Trump. I see he's out of jail. I don't think he can go after the complaintants on the 750-2500 count that he plead guilty to but the dismissed cases maybe so. I'm sure he will probably go after the DA and Harris County.

I wonder if victims can grant a limited power of attorney to someone for small claims court to go after a perp. Or, small claims court via Zoom call for our-of-state victims. Also wonder if a small claims court verdict would be a defense against litigation from a sue-happy plaintiff that could result in a quick dismissal.

I know he was found to be a vexatious litigant in one court, but does that apply to other courts? I honestly don’t know. I hope so, for the sake of our court systems everywhere.

Maybe "john doe" signatures are for his insanity crap but I'll bet he thinks he's being tricky and it means there was no plea, so there was no conviction. He probably thinks everything will just go away. It wasn't him.
