Solution: using 9 so you can easily use 3 to do the computation.
C=Pi*R*2
3.14172 (9) (2) = 56.538 circumference
3.14172 (3) (2) = 18.846 circumference
56.538/18.846 = 3 ans. “B” Where did the "3.14172" come from?
