About to replace the rings on a rifle, and while browsing Warne's catalogue, I saw that their
500M series of rings is advertised as being sintered steel. I'm no metallurgist, but doesn't sintering generally result in a much weaker product than rings from, say, a billet? Always had great luck with Warne products, but that seemed strange. Thanks in advance for any input!
