Chili. No pics, looks like... chili. Good cold night for it.

Oyster soup.

Venison chili, beanless. Three pounds of burger, hot and bell peppers from the garden, onion, garlic, paprika, canned diced tomatoes, and a few leftover sweet mini peppers from my salad fixins. Cooked in an enameled dutch oven in the oven. Not a fart in the whole pot….

If you order the double fish, they’ll make it fresh.

As a side, I washed then wrapped a sweet potato in a water-soaked paper towel and nuked it for 6 minutes. Slicing it, I laid it out on PAM'd foil and added a small pat of butter, seasoned salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and fresh-ground black pepper. This was then baked in the toaster oven for 10 or 15 minutes.

Left over stuffed pepper filling !!

Sioux City, McDonalds, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, Coke.

Tonight, grilled cheese sandwiches.

The saga continues. Leftover pork reconstituted into pork fried rice.
