Venison chili, beanless. Three pounds of burger, hot and bell peppers from the garden, onion, garlic, paprika, canned diced tomatoes, and a few leftover sweet mini peppers from my salad fixins. Cooked in an enameled dutch oven in the oven. Not a fart in the whole pot….
