Salmon steaks and bear chops on the Blackstone. I’m liking this thing. It’s a bit more prep work and you want to have everything to hand, because it cooks so fast you don’t have time to run back and forth for stuff.

The bear was great (even smeared some of that nice fat around to season the griddle) and the salmon was nicely done, without pieces falling through the grill like on the bbq. The Blackstone puts a nice crust on the meat.
