Propane turkey fryer base & medium sized shore lunch pan, in summer for outside frying, or skillet on stove top for winter.

Seasoned flour - Corn flour, self raising flour, onion powder, garlic salt & mucho smoked paprika !

Fries are done in a tefal air fryer, outside too.

Lettuce for caesar from garden, dressing from scratch, egg yolks from the girls & double dose of anchovie fillets
