Certainly a classy looking vessel which begs the question. Are all DOs equal in performance ?

I use my ancient Griswold chicken fryer w/lid (very good seal) alongside an enameled Lodge. The Griswold has the nostalgia but the enameled DO has the edge when it comes to clean up but that's another discussion . Both seem to cook equally well.
