After doing the roasting/braising part, then shredding, crisping them up in some lard on that flattop of yours like they do in taco shops all over SoCal, whipping up (or purchasing) some decent pico de gallo or salsa verde, and maybe even going all out and making some homemade corn tortillas we might could see you becoming an honorary Mexican Eskimo.
