As per my norm I didn't take any pics, but it was a smoked meats weekend. Friday I did ribs, saturday I did chicken thighs and then Sunday was pork loin. I tossed a couple ears of corn on the smoker yesterday, just to see how it would be. Ok I guess but I wouldnt break out the smoker just for that. I think Im good on smoke for a while.
