Pulled pork, crusty multigrain baguettes & coleslaw(sans dressing - for the crunch factor, as well as cutting the sweet fattiness).

Glass of Chardonnay, with dinner, then a Crown Northern Harvest Rye (+ a couple of splashes of water) while watching a movie with my "honey".

Medium amber colour; aromas of baking spice, vanilla, cooked apple/pear and rye bread, with notes of pepper, caramel and apricot; delicately sweet, creamy and rounded, flavours of sweet spice, pepper, vanilla, butterscotch, toasted nut and caramel with notes of oak, marmalade, anise and toffee on a warm, elegant finish.
