That sounds really good and I've got some tenderloins I need to cook.

Just a couple of tablespoons of each condimentyou see there per loin for overnight marinade. Two in that pan.

Indirect heat with a some smoke till about 145. Toss on direct heat for a couple minutes keep turning every minute till they get the color you like. Pull cover in oven till ready to serve.
