Instead of gravy it has sort of a ketchup, brown sugar, mustard powder topping on it. Pretty derned good.
I top mine with either Bacon or tomato sauce and then put the gravy on when I plate it.. There's usually some mashed potato's to go with the gravy too but tonight I tried something different.
BTW.....the H57 on potato's is pretty dam good....I'll definitely do that again.
