It wasn’t picture worthy but tonight was Orthodox Christmas. I made Beef Wellington, Asian-style quail, holodets (Ukrainian gelled chicken/pork/beef dish, considered a delicacy), Shuba (herring in fur coat, another Ukrainian delicacy), Greek salad and Spoticash, a flavoured Ukrainian vodka.
