Tonight will be pot roast done in my pressure cooker. A little late in the day to start but I'll be up most of the night drooling on my tee shirt watching the tube.
Awesome pot roast. Possibly best ever.
Seared golf ball sized chunks of chuck dredged in flour in OO in the CI skillet followed by braising in a mire poix liquid neither of which I had done before. Threw it all into the PC.
Tongue tender as well as almost a quart of fabulous gravy.
I done good.
Its nice to pull one off once in a while aint it!
I got kinda drunk and over cooked everything tonight.
Thankfully everyone else was kinda drunk too. Served to dull the horror of the food a bit.
