New take on an old favourite for us !

One of Deb's clients gave us 3lbs of bison burger, that she ground & seasoned, pre freezing with onion powder.

Deb added her Cajun spice concoction + an egg & a good dash of worcestershire sauce & made 6 burger patties.

Grilled, + melted havarti & onto fresh buns + bacon jam, large slice of tomato & big handful of baby spinach leaves.

Mmmmmmm !
