When I return from a hunt, I’m generally pressed for time due to family situations. So I usually drive to town and drop my critter off at my fav meat processor. Let them do it. Im sure they have some big mechanical device they use. Yeah, I know it’s cheatin’ but it saves me lots of time to attend to other things. (Seems every time I attempt to begin a time sensitive project I am forced by circumstances to stop in midstream. lt’s a long story).
