With all the crazy Christmas decorating and tearing apart of my living space that goes on this time of year I retreated to the kitchen and made 2 gallons of carcass stock gold.
Turned part of that into Brussel sprout, leek, carrot, great northern bean and turkey soup last night. Of course that brought all the kids running to the house for a steaming bowl. Lucky to have leftovers for tonight.
