It was probably my first success to date with the Weber......aside from hot dogs and burgers of course.
Any chance of doing some low and slow ribs on your new kettle ???
After 15 years or so of fuggin' around with this and that I've gone back to charcoal exclusively. It's like reuniting with an old friend from days far away.
