Dropped some bear meat at the butcher for sausage. I was still debating what flavor to get when I saw they now have Maple Blueberry sausage. So I got it 60/40 bear to beef (bear meat is plenty fat) and it turned out fabulous! I’ve had bear and blueberries before and it’s always good.
