Lots of ideas gleaned from this thread. Tonight was marinated London Broil (not new to me), BBQ husk on corn on the cob Mexican street style (new to me, forgot the crumbley cheese and had it in the frig.), and leftover rice. Two things to cook is about my limit, thus the leftover rice. Outdoor temp in the shade getting closer to temp I pulled the meat at.
