I'm pretty much a sharp cheddar and crackers (or grits) guy although I do like their pepper jack too. I buy fancy cheese at the deli once in a while if a recipe calls for it but other than that I'm not much of a cheese connoisseur. I do know that Tilamook's extra sharp cheddar is the best cheddar I've ever had though.
And while I haven't eaten ice cream in over a decade.....yes.....theirs is great.
