I seasoned and seared up a chuck roast on the grill this afternoon. Put it in a roasting pan with carrots, potatoes and onions @350F for two hours. Can of beef broth as well.
It turned out excellent! Need to get my Granddaughter to show me how to transfer pics from my phone to post. I'm an old fart! LOL
