Well I didn't take any pictures but my new favorite burgers were grilled last night.

It was an invention born of necessity maybe 8 months or so ago. I was going to make some burgers for myself and my boys, I had a lb of lean ground beef and it just didn't look like enough meat for the boys and I. So, I opened the fridge and found that I had some uncooked johnsonville brats. I grabbed 2 of the brats, sliced the casings open, peeled off the casings and mixed the brat meat in with my ground beef. It was just enough "filler" to help me make the number of patties I wanted to make.

As an added bonus they were awesome burgers.

So, it's now become normal practice here to slice open a couple uncooked brats and mix the meat with my ground beef prior to making patties for burgers.
