Vermouth or just about any kind of alcohol works well too. Just depends what you're cooking.


Yup I deglazed a skilled last night with a cup of tequila after browning the ground beef for the wife’s taco salad. Reserved liquid and mixed back into beef after it was done simmering with her own taco season mix in her enameled dutch oven.
