Hi Verylargeboots,

BBQing a leg of Lamb tomorrow, this is the first step I spoke of, to Butterfly and marinade it. Also, the first picture is of the gland I take out of the leg, it's actually disgusting and it stinks. I will post the finished product tomorrow.
