I might have to try that. There's at least a gallon of green in jars in the pantry, and 3 lbs. of roasted pods in the freezer. Thinking thighs . . .


It was. Simplistically amazing in fact.

Thighs, topped with this and bake. Roasted toma's of course. Parm on top....
