Miss Lynn mentioned homemade bread in the pig head thread. I figured since I made some today it deserved to be shared, photographically at least. Probably be stale if I tried to send a slice to you folks wink

Sourdough whole wheat. One slice missing as I couldn't wait. Then I remembered to take a pic as it looked so nice. Made the dough in the breadmaker machine...........one of civilizations best inventions. Then baked in the oven. My wife and I are stating to like that method rather than letting the machine bake it. Maybe because they look "homier" they taste better?
