Hell no. Those things are like $17/pound now. They good but nowhere near that good. .
That is a whole "flatiron" chuck steak.
It was good but my wife tonight had an epiphany that I was hoping one day she'd get to. She goes, man, this has an off flavor. Cooked perfect BTW. I go hon,this is store bought meat.
She goes, yeah, don't buy anymore store bought red meat. None. Never again. Let's shoot it all. We eat a crap ton of wild game but I think we might have just gone all the way tonight.
