I learned something new today, so thanks Conrad!

In the future I will not put cheese into my Shrimp and Cheesy Grits or add white wine to my sauce, nor will I season my shrimp, might ruin the entire dish because I will not be able to taste the shrimp and heaven forbid if I can not taste the corn.

I will no longer put beer or red wine into my stews, would not want to add any extra flavor to the stew, any extra flavor would make the beef, deer, moose, or elk meat unrecognizable.

I will not put Grand Marnier into my Chocolate Mousse, might make the chocolate flavor unrecognizable, hell I won't even add Limoncello into my Strawberry Mousse, would not want it to highlight the strawberries with lemon liqueur.

I won't even put flour in my famous Banana bread that would dull the banana flavor, nor will I add Cranberries to my Banana Bread, that would be sacrilegious.

I can see how your cooking concepts and techniques will improve my cooking skills. Thanks, bud, I was on the wrong path all along and didn't even realize it.
